Shipping — We ship worldwide. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination: typically 3–7 business days domestically (US) and 7–21 business days internationally. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.

Rates — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs & duties — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost or delayed packages — If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or a package is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate. We aren't responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
